- This system is provided for the legitimate reporting of incidents occurring within the jurisdiction of Barangay Sta. Maria and is intended for use by its residents.
- Users are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of all information submitted. The knowing submission of a false or malicious report may result in suspension of system access and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
- Accounts are subject to verification by barangay personnel prior to or following registration, and the Barangay LGU reserves the right to approve, restrict, or deactivate any account at its discretion.
- Submitted reports are received and processed at the discretion of barangay officials in accordance with existing barangay ordinances, procedures, and applicable law.
- This system does not replace the barangay's official emergency response channels. For matters requiring immediate assistance, residents should use the Emergency Contacts provided within this application.
- The Barangay LGU reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary. Continued use of the system after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Misuse of this system may be subject to applicable national laws and barangay ordinances.
